These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for using our cleaning services, website, and communication platforms.
By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

 

 

1. Service Overview

Tailor Maid Luxe provides professional residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services.
All services are performed by trained Luxe professionals under the Tailor Maid Luxe brand.

Our goal is to maintain professionalism, precision, privacy, and polish in every clean.

2. Booking Policy

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website, social media, or directly via text or email.

  • All bookings require a valid name, contact information, and service location.

  • Payment must be received in advance or on-site before the cleaning begins.

  • Prices may vary depending on property size, condition, and requested add-ons.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking total.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a trip fee may apply.

3. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: website or debit/credit via invoice.

  • Same-day payments are required for recurring clients unless otherwise agreed.

  • Tips are appreciated but never required.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best experience:

  • Please secure any valuables or confidential items before your scheduled clean.

  • Provide accurate access details (door codes, keys, or entry instructions).

  • Notify us of pets, special conditions, or areas that require extra attention.

Tailor Maid Luxe is not liable for pre-existing damages, fragile items not disclosed in advance, or items left unsecured.

5. Team & Conduct

  • All Luxe team members are vetted, trained, and held to professional standards.

  • Uniforms must be worn during all professional cleans.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

 

 

6. Damage or Loss Policy

In the rare event of damage or loss caused by our team:

  • You must notify Tailor Maid Luxe within 24 hours of the incident.

  • We will investigate and offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on fair market value.

Tailor Maid Luxe is not responsible for damage due to normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or improper materials.
