Refund Policy

At Tailor Maid Luxe, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, detail-oriented cleaning services.
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we handle all refund and service adjustment requests with professionalism and fairness.

1. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as time and resources are already allocated.

  • If our team arrives on-site and cannot access the property due to client error (locked out, incorrect address, etc.), a trip fee or partial charge may apply.

 

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your clean:

  • You must contact Tailor Maid Luxe within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will offer one of the following:

    • A complimentary re-clean of the specific area(s) of concern, or

    • A partial refund or service credit, depending on the issue.

Our goal is always to correct the problem and ensure your Luxe experience meets our standards of Professionalism, Precision, Privacy, and Polish.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable due to preparation, scheduling, and labor costs:

  • Services already completed

  • Deep cleans, move-out cleans, or Airbnb turnovers

  • Same-day bookings or emergency cleanings

  • Add-on services (organizing, laundry, restock runs, etc.)

 

4. Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates

  • Prepaid cleaning packages and gift certificates are non-refundable, but they never expire.

  • They can be transferred or gifted to another client if requested.

 

5. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge.
We’ll happily adjust your appointment to the next available date.

 

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (Cash App, Venmo, Chime, or card) within 3–5 business days.

  • Tailor Maid Luxe does not issue cash refunds for digital payments.
